Firstly, we’ve upgraded our help guide – this powerful tool is now the go-to-place for everything you need to know on how to use the products and services you are subscribed to. Now available in the Hub, you will find lots of useful information here about our products and services. So you can make sure you’re getting the best out of your hub products. And we will be updating the help guide as new releases are made available, helping you keep up-to-date with our product as it evolves.

You can access it by simply clicking on the help icon in the hub.

Secondly, we’ve upgraded our support terms, providing different levels of support and response times for different incidents.  So you always get the help you need, when you need it.
