At Utilidex, we’re already discussing roles like conversational specialists alongside UX and product design. We’re advancing AIFSD through our platform Orbit and exploring how traditional data systems might interact with language models (LLMs & SLMs), taking dashboards from “so what?” to “now what?” with contextual insights. Across teams, from marketing to engineering, we’re seeing a need for more critical thinking and a large focus on validation and quality of output.But what we choose to aim for now matters more than anything else.As technologists, we can see the world is changing around us. At Utilidex, we’re already seeing the productivity gains. The question now becomes: how we use them? That’s where imagination and ambition really matter. It’s also where the conversation can shift from fear to excitement, from reducing headcount to accelerating impact. Over the coming months, we’re starting an advisory group to collaborate with customers and partners, share our learnings, so that we can all elevate together.
