Richard has spent the past 8 years working in energy and sustainability, mainly within the generation and renewables sector. Before joining Utilidex, he was co-founder and Director of a commercial renewable energy company. Prior to this Richard was a technical sales specialist with experience in the medical research and IT industry.
Immediately prior to joining Utilidex, Karyn worked as a sustainability consultant, advising companies on issues ranging from transparency and governance to energy efficiency to new business models.
Originally from Toronto, Karyn completed her MSc in Sustainability at the University of London. She helped establish the Energy Managers Association, has been named an EU-InnovatE ‘Future Shaper’, and is dedicated to challenging inefficient systems to drive sustainability.
Leaving Centrica in 2010 Steve joined BSR, which became the largest integrated developer of PV in the UK, delivering over £600m of high value PV projects, including the largest in the UK to date (as snapped by Tim Peake from space).
Prior to 2002 Steve worked at Management Consultancy BAH (now part of PWC), Sony Europe and GKN’s automotive components business.
